Service Agreement
By using the services provided by Genesisflare Technologies, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined on this website. Our services are offered for professional business purposes, including video editing, digital marketing, web development, branding, and related creative solutions. All projects, timelines, deliverables, and requirements will be discussed and agreed upon before the start of any work. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these terms.
Payments & Billing
Clients are required to complete payments according to the agreed pricing structure and payment schedule. Depending on the project, advance payments or milestone-based payments may be required before work begins or continues. Delayed payments may result in project pauses, delayed delivery, or suspension of services. All payments made to Genesisflare Technologies are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, project requirements, assets, content, feedback, and approvals necessary for the successful completion of the project. Delays in communication, incomplete information, or failure to provide required materials may affect project timelines and final delivery. Clients are also responsible for ensuring they have proper rights and permissions for any content shared with us.
Revisions Policy
Genesisflare Technologies may provide revisions based on the project package or agreement discussed before the start of the project. Revision requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe after delivery. Major changes, additional requests beyond the agreed scope, or repeated revisions may result in additional charges. Our goal is to maintain quality while ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Content Ownership
Final edited content ownership is transferred to the client after full payment completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.Final project ownership and usage rights are transferred to the client only after full payment has been received. Until payment is completed, Genesisflare Technologies reserves ownership rights over all designs, edits, concepts, source files, and creative materials. We may also reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed with the client.
Prohibited Usage
Clients may not use our services, content, or deliverables for illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, copyrighted, or unethical activities. Genesisflare Technologies reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for projects involving fraudulent activities, hate speech, adult content, illegal promotions, or any activity that violates applicable laws or professional standards.
Changes To Terms
Genesisflare Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately after being published on this page. Continued use of our website or services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
